Club Ice

Club Ice allows skaters to practice their elements and strengthen their abilities. Club Ice also allows skaters to take private lessons from their coach. To skate on Club Ice sessions, buy individual club ice sessions, a Jr. Season Pass or a Season Pass.

Skaters that have not passed pre-freeskate must have a coach with them at all times.

Only skaters who have pre-purchased their session will be permitted on the ice.

What is the Excaliburr Music System?

Excaliburr is Forestwood's one of a kind music system. All music (program and ice dance) is uploaded into the system and put in line at the click of a mouse by either skaters or their coach. This program keeps the etiquette enforced and allows for a stress-free song hierarchy.

- For new skaters or new music, skaters can either bring their cd or email their digital music file to upload.

- Each skater not in a lesson can request 1 song per discipline every 15 minutes, as stated in rule 14 in the ice etiquette. There is a timer on the bottom of the screen, so skaters are aware of how much time they have left before they can request their song again. (At the monitor's discretion, on light sessions, skaters may be unlocked early)

- Coaches and skaters in a lesson are allowed to request music as they'd like (but should not abuse this privilege).

- Skaters in a lesson have priority, and skaters not in a lesson will be bumped. If a skater has been bumped twice, they will turn red (earning priority), and alternate with skaters in a lesson.
